Our Navdata product is sourced from Jeppesen, a professional navdata provider for major airlines worldwide. The source data is tested and parsed into different data formats adapted to specific addon software designed to increase the realism of flight simulation. To get started, read more about the coverage and then subscribe, and when you are ready you can download data in the various addon formats using our Navdata apps, or, if you prefer, our individual data installers. With a subsciption you can also get current data in our SimBrief product, and a wide range of direct integrations including X-Plane Mobile and Volanta.

You see the problem is, according to truenorth71's post, is that when I downloaded and installed the plane, I had absolutely zero NAVDATA from FlightFactor. Could the file be corrupt or something? What should I do?
If you downloaded it from the Org store check the download page to see if there is a link to the FF supplied nav data... If you buy and older AeroBask aircraft that still uses the old XP10 nav data format you need to download and install it. Maybe FF is the same?
Did you go back and check the download page in you Org store account... Just to make sure you didn't miss the link? If you did you can also check in the download folder to see if there is a extra folder in it maybe... It could have the data in it
I use Navigraph data manager and have the subscription for airac updates. In the FF620 Ultimate cycle_info.txt it says I have the latest airac. In the aircraft the FMS indicates an airac (1207) from many cycles ago.
I also use x-life which indicates it is using the most current airac. When I attempt to send the x-life flight plan to ATC the error message says that I need to verify the current airac is the same for the FMS, X-life, and simulator. 2ff7e9595c
